Copa-Cogeca represents European farmers and agri-cooperatives and is looking for an Information Management Systems Officer to join its communication department as of June 2023.
Over the last few years, we have rapidly evolved our internal communication tools, fully reshaping our intranet system and meeting management tools in 2022. We are now looking for an Information Management Systems Officer who can continue to bring innovations to the existing tools whilst managing and ensuring the coherency of them over time. This is why we are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our dedicated team and help us strengthen our communication flow with members/colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Copa-Cogeca Communication Director, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our Intranet – a central hub of the publication of information related to EU Agriculture. ;
- You will be responsible for the creation and follow-up of new modules added to the intranet by our IT consultants;
- You will be responsible for the consistency/coherency of documents, information and data published on the CRM as well as access permissions to our different platforms;
- You will be in charge of maintaining the monitoring and press tools used by Copa-Cogeca. You will be responsible for managing contracts with external providers;
- You will collect regular feedback and run surveys to evaluate the relevancy of IT/communication features towards colleagues and members;
- You will be conducting internal trainings to make sure that our IT tools are understood and fully adopted by member representatives and the Secretariat staff;
- You will be coordinating with our external IT support providers on internal support requests ;
Basic Qualifications
- Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory (additional EU languages starting with French are a plus);
- Relevant degree in administration/communication/IT or relevant experience. More than your degree or experience, we are, before all else, looking for a self-motivated, solution-oriented profile;
- A first knowledge of CRM/ERP tools, mass mailing and/or HTML/CSS is key;
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus;
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, openness to learn and willingness to go the extra mile;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
